Students who wish to benefit from the Meal Scholarship in the 2025 – 2026 Academic Year are required to complete the application documents in full and submit them to our Faculty no later than Friday, October 3, 2025, by the end of working hours.

Parent’s payroll for the last 3 months
Transcript (showing that the student has not received any disciplinary penalty and is studying within the normal education period)
Certificate of dormitory residence (if applicable)
Certificate showing receipt of credit/scholarship (if applicable)
Certificate of disability status (if applicable)
Certificate of being a martyr’s relative (if applicable)
Certificate of being a national athlete (if applicable)
Certificate showing achievement (top three ranking) in competitions representing our University (if applicable)
ÖSYM Exam Result Document (only for newly enrolled students)
Applications will be evaluated by the Meal Scholarship Evaluation Committee to be established within our Faculty, based on the “Meal Scholarship Evaluation Form.”
Following the evaluation, main and reserve lists will be determined and announced.
Within the allocated quota, 16 students from our Faculty will be entitled to receive the Meal Scholarship.
Students entitled to receive the Merit Scholarship are also required to apply to the Directorate of Health, Culture and Sports.
Deadline for Applications: Friday, October 3, 2025 – end of working hours
Announcement of Results: By October 9, 2025, on our Faculty’s website
It is hereby emphasized that applications must be submitted completely and accurately.
