The purposes of Management and Organization Master’s Program:
- To educate researchers to be able to evaluate the theoretical knowledge acquired in management and organization with a scientific approach and who can contribute to the literature by considering the theories critically.
- To enable students to interpret scientific developments in basic fields such as organizational theory, organizational behavior, strategic management, human resources management. And to advance their research skills in such fields.
- To teach the necessary scientific and statistical methods to conduct research in the field.
- To educate researchers and managers who have gained the abilitiy and discipline of scientific thinking by understanding the nature of scientific knowledge and can apply them in academic and professional life.
- To increase participation in international academic and scientific organizations and projects.
- To enable students to master the basic theoretical knowledge in the fields such as psychology, sociology, history, and economics, which are crucial in the theoretical foundations of management and organization, and develop the ability to conduct interdisciplinary research.
