The purposes of Management and Organization Ph.D. Program:

1. To convey the hightest level of theretical and practical knowledgeand tecniques related to management and organization to potential academicians and manager canditates who want to train themselves in management and organization
2. To provide students with the ability to conduct research, interpret scientific developments with a broad perspective, and determine the necessary steps to reach new syntheses
3. To educate researchers and managers who have gained the ability and discipline of scientific thinking by understanding the nature of scientific knowledge and can apply them in academic and professional life.
4. To increase participation in international academic and scientific organizations and projects.
